Cancellation Policy
We are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to orders once they have been confirmed. Please ensure that all product details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Cancellation Due to Suspected Credit Card Fraud
If we detect suspected fraudulent use of a credit card after order confirmation, we will cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Shipping and Delivery
For standard delivery items, we will arrange for shipment within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by transportation conditions or other issues with the carrier. The expected shipping date may vary by product, so please check the product page for details.
For pre-ordered items, production begins after the order is placed, so delivery may take longer. Please be aware that any costs related to export/import procedures, customs duties, and other fees incurred due to the country or region are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time Requests
Currently, we cannot accept requests for specific carriers or delivery times. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact the designated carrier directly to arrange for any delivery preferences.
Long-Term Absence, Incorrect Address, Phone Number, or Email
If the product is returned due to long-term absence, refusal to accept the package, or incorrect address details, the order will be canceled. In such cases, the payment amount will be refunded.
Please note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If it is found that there was intentional misrepresentation of a non-existent address or deliberate avoidance of receiving the package without valid reason, we may cancel future transactions and may not process refunds. Additionally, legal action may be taken in severe cases of misconduct.
