Delivery Timing

For standard delivery items, we will ship the product within 5 business days after payment is completed.

In cases of weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or other reasons that might cause delays in shipping or delivery, we will notify you by email.

For pre-ordered items, the delivery time varies by product. Please check the product page for estimated delivery times for each item.

Note that during long holidays such as the New Year, delivery may take additional time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for purchased items are as follows:

  • Hokkaido: 1,100 yen (including tax)
  • Mainland: 650 yen (including tax)
  • Okinawa & Islands: 1,100 yen (including tax)
    Free shipping for orders over 9,000 yen in all areas
    (This excludes some promotional products and during promotional periods.)

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a different product than ordered, or if there is any defect or issue with the product, please contact us at the following address or through inquiries within 7 days of receiving the product:

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following customer-related reasons:

  • Damaged products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products purchased for resale (including those judged by us as intended for resale)
  • Exchanges or returns due to customer reasons (e.g., differences in image, size not fitting, wrong orders)
  • Products missing tags or packaging
  • Absence of receipts (purchase receipts/credit card slips/return cards)
  • Excessive returns or exchanges
